More UI fixes, added multilingual support, more clean up
added a french translation (from google translate); added arabic
character/numeric labels. updated how GD created text labels.
organized the javascript to be easier to maintain and update. moved
much of the text in the html file into ini configuration files, now
they are loaded using JSON. More work needs to be done, but I'm happy
with my progress
