This class can record and display page comments in files.

It can record on files text comments entered eventually by users on Web pages.

The class can also perform other operations to manipulate the record comments like retrieving the list of comments on a given page, prepare a directory to store page comment files, clear all comments recorded for a page, add a comment for a given user, or change a given comment.
