This class can configure the SPL extension to autoload classes.

It can set several details do the PHP SPL extension can automatically load classes from scripts with paths defined the configured options.

Currently the class can set the include paths to look for the request classes, as well the class script file name extensions.

A static class with settings for include paths and class file extensions that will attempt to load the class file if found in one of the include paths
