This class can send SMS messages and phone calls with the Voicent API.

It can send HTTP requests to the Voicent API Web server to perform several types of phone operations.

Currently it can send a SMS text message to a given number, call a given phone number and play a given audio message, call a list of numbers to play a given audio file until a callee confirms a given code, and get the status or remove a previously requested phone call.
